In this fictional project, I developed a visual identity for ‘Maastricht 2033 – European Capital of Culture’. The design is based on the city’s urban structure and abstracts its typical streets, alleys and neighbourhoods. These forms run through the logo, posters and other media, creating a colourful, atmospheric visual world that conveys Maastricht’s cultural dynamism.
